I have 4 new blackberrys that I am trying to set up on the BES. Our IT dept says everything looks fine on their end. Verizon says the same.
It starts out working just fine. All contacts, emails, etc sync to the phones. And just a few hours later, the service stops. When you try to send an email, it says "Service Blocked". I've completely wiped the devices and "forgot" the device on the desktop software. It fixes it for a few hours and then it goes away again. Text, phone, internet all work just fine.
I'm out of ideas and our IT dept is stumped when "restarting the device" doesn't work.
