Default Is the password encrypted in the EnterpriseTransporter.exe.config file?

Please Login to Remove!

So the BES 5.0.3 Transporter Tool admin guide says if using SQL authentication you can add a parameter to the enterprisetransporter.exe.config file to encrypt the password information. What if you are using Windows authentication - is it encrypted by default then?
