I am about to change my Bold 9000 for a replacement (B****y trackerball!!).
Do I need to 'unregister' the handset in BES Express before enabling the replacement?

No, as soon as you activate the new device, the old one will be disconnected. It might still be a good idea to wipe the old device, so no confindential data remains on there.

Thanks for input. I'm keeping the SIM card - I don't have a memory acard and I I don't knowlingly store anything directly on the phone so should be OK.
