I have looked pretty much every where for details about BES scalable licensing, I need to know what the licence requirements are for when having 2 or more servers in a scalable environment, I know that you need seperate SRP's for each server instance, but do you need one for every server?

yes you do.

It depends on your installation and how you plan on implementing BES. If you using the built in HA functionally in 5.0 you will only need 1 for every cluster of primary/secondary servers. If you are just using them in a non HA mode then you will need 1 for every server. It all depends on your environment and use case.
