Resolution
This is a previously reported issue that is being investigated by our development team. No resolution time frame is currently available.


Workaround
Perform the following steps to workaround the issue

1) Remove the user from BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
2) Log in to Lotus Notes Client with user's mail file
3) Click on More and select Out of Office...;
4) Click on Save and Close
