Default How can I activate a blackberry to keep emails more than default?

Please Login to Remove!

BES ver 5

I have created a custom policy and in Email messaging I have set Keep Message Duration to 90.

I then wiped the users handheld and recreated the user in BES and assigned the custom policy to the user.

When activating the user does not show items for 90 days?

Am I doing anything wrong is this the right procedure?

It sounds like you are talking about message prepop after an Enterprise Activation. If that is the case, then the Keep Messages option may not be the setting you should be looking at. The following articles should help break down the differences for you:

It is because you activated teh same device

do this
