Hello.

I installed a SBS2003 with BES Express..

the Install is succeed. but.. I can not add a new user for BES..

I selected Add user from company directory..
then I god a error message like this.
"The specified user already exists in the available user list. "

I checking a event log..

1. MailStoreExchange::GetPublicFoldersList - Error in HrOpenExchangePublicStore, result=0x80004005.
2.GetPublicFoldersList failed

what is problem?.. I want using a BES.

Don't choose that option.
On the 'Create a user' screen, enter the user's email address in the proper field, then press the 'Search' button below it.

CHoose the user from the results of the search.
