I installed the most actual version of bes express on windows 2003 with exchange 2007.

After about 1 day my testdevice stopped forwarding mails.


I did some checks:
a) In the Administration Services I can see Last message sent: with an old date. Next thing here ist that Device IT policy ist default an Queued IT policy status = Error.

b) I saw that the dispatcher service was not correctly running

c) I restarted the dispatcher service without any problems

d) I restarted all blackberry services without any problem

Now mails are being forwarded again. I think this will only work for 24 hours.

Can someone help me to find the problem?

I would reboot the BESX server pc itself. I'm not expert admin, but I've dealt with lots of funky behavior in all kinds of email/messaging/data base servers and this sorts out a lot of that funk.

Look at the MAGT logs located here by default
C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerryEnterprise Server\Logs

report back minus personal info the time of fail.
