been lurking a long time here, my first post finally:

We're on BES 4.1 SP7 MR2 using the GW Client 7.0.4, I also tried 6.5.4

On all our devices, when I add a contact to the BBs Address Book, a few seconds later a totally empty contact is added to the Groupwise Address Book.

Tried restarting both servers, didn't help. Found nothing on this topic on the web.

Anyone had similar experiences and maybe fixed the issue?

Check the GWPA log for the addition and you will also see a Item ID that you could track using GWItemInfo.

Any reason you're not running GW 8.0.2 HP2? If you're having issues, I would try moving up on the client version, not back.

Forgot to mention that the Groupwise server is 7.0.4, so, I can't use the version 8 client.
