Default BPS or BES Express

Please Login to Remove!

Hi There!

Wondering if someone can confirm for me that there is no BPS any more, it was replaced by BES Express 5.0 for Exchange and there are no CAL Requirements any longer, we just need to get BES accounts on our BB and do an enterprise activation to get them operational?

Correct. The BES Express can manage a rather large number of Blackberries without additional CALs.
you even dont need BES provisioning on the Handheld, you can go with BIS if it is ok for your to activate a Blackberry using USB.

The limitation of the BESx is a rather small set of Policies compared to the Full BES.

a comparison can be found here:

Thanks. I can't seem to register my new product, it won't accept any address I use, just keeps telling me it can't find a match for the address I have entered!
