Default One way communication to Lync client from Blackberry Enterprise IM

Please Login to Remove!

Hello Everyone -

Following is the scenario...I can log into Lync with the Enterprise IM client on my Blackberry and I can send messages but I cannot receive them or get updated presence information.

People that tried to send me messages got a 504 error reported to them in their Lync clients.

I have updated the OCS 2007 R2 components on the BES server using the updater as well as installed all server updates on both the Lync and BES servers.

Any ideas on how to resolve this issue will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Environment:
Lync Server 2010 on Windows 2008 Enterprise R2 SP1
Blackberry 5.0 SP 3 on Windows 2008 Enterprise SP 2

Default Re: One way communication to Lync client from Blackberry Enterprise IM

Issue has been resolved. The problem was due to the 2008 Enterprise R2 server lockdown which was blocking port 65061.
