Option 1 - Generate and submit logs with a internet connection

Complete the following steps to generate and send logs from the BlackBerry PlayBook tablet:

1. From the Home screen of the BlackBerry PlayBook tablet, click on the Help application
2. Click on Support Tools in top right corner.
3. Enter the incident number
4. Enter a From email address
5. Click on Create Report
6. Click Send


Option 2 - Generate logs and submit without a internet connection

Complete the following steps to generate and send logs from an email client:

1. Complete steps 1-5 in Option 1
2. Copy DateTime.pb log file located under /media/documents/logs to your computer. Follow KB26068 to enable file Storage and Sharing.
3. Attach the log file to an email, include the incident number in the subject, and send to BlackBerry Technical Support Services.
