Default BES 4.1 issue with fonts

Please Login to Remove!

When users who have a slew of old and new devices receive emails from BES as well as when they send emails from their devices the font size ends up being very tiny.

If they send an email using their other email account; like hotmail; from their device the font size looks normal; when they recieve emails from the other email account the fonts are also normal.

Does anyone know what or why BES would be doing this?

Normally I would say, it should behave just the reverse then what you tell:
Blackberry Devices send mail in plain text format. The rendering of the Mail is done by the receiver.
Other People use html mail to format their mail very nice, or even add a wallpaper to it, and this often ends up in something you cannot read.

What happens if you change the Display Font on the blackberry ?
