Default SRP Lost

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,
Recently I migrated from BES 4 to 5 using a BES 5 trial and the Enterprise Transporter tool. But I only change the BES CAL, I did not change the SRP (my mistake!). The BES 4 was completely deleted and I canít find the original SRP. I understand that the trial SRP will expire. What can I do?

Wow. Yes, the temp SRP will expire and at that time all devices will stop receiving mail. You didn't have it written down or stored anywhere during the move to BES 5?

Not only will you need the SRP ID, but you will need the authentication key as well.

did you remove the SQL database?

many forget too and SRP info is in it.

Yes, I also remove de SQL database; xxx8230; I think I will need to contact RIMxxx8217;s support. Can I change the temp SRP for another temp SRP in order to have more time to resolve this issue?
