I have the redirection disabled om the BES server for a user with a Blackberry 9700.
There is a red cross on the users name. However when i look at last forwarded and last send etc. on the BES server, the date and time is from the day i am living at, so today. How is this possible?

Last forward and send time is related to data packets. This will always update as long as he is in coverage (contact/calendar sync, policy updates etc.).

Remember that disabling redirection is only halting e-mails but not contacts / calendar etc.

So he does nog get the mail, that was the idea. But how can i verify that someone who's redirection is disabled does not get any mail? and can he he/she send mail?
