I removed the user from the BES express server, then I wiped the BB however I can still see the IT Policy named Default in the Security , Information menu on the BB.

This is not letting me install certain apps on this BB.

Why is the policy still there even after the user has been removed and therefore the BB removed from the server ?

Removing a user account from BES doesn't do anything on the handheld.

If you initiated the wipe from BES and it didn't remove the IT policy, it's because your IT Policy wasn't set to restore to Factory Settings upon Wipe.

The IT Policy will now need to be removed manually by the end user.
