Hello All,

Our company has recently changed network provider, therefore we were issued with new devices (9800). We are using Exchange 2010 with OL2007 and a BES.

But now the MEMOPAD (Notes in Outlook) wont sync from BB to Outlook across the mobile network (GPRS/3G).
All my previous models worked 8300, 9100. And with the current network.
Any ideas?

OL2007 = Outlook 2007? It helps if you spell things out and not use abbreviations. We have many non native English speakers as members.

Which version of BES are you using?

In BES 5.0 under the user's default config, check under the heading

"Memos"

Synchronization turned on: Yes
Enabled on device: Yes
Synchronization type: Bidirectional
Conflict resolution: Server wins
