Exclamation cannot add bb 8800 to bes server

hi,
can anyone help me....got a prob.cannot add this (bb 8800) to the server error msg pls contact ur admin....how i'm going to troubleshoot it?

need some help.

Does the error message really read "pls contact ur admin"?

no.. it just typo ....its said "please contact your administrator"

What are the exact steps that you are doing to connect to the server? Have you been given an Enterprise Activation password by your administrator? Have you tried to contact your administrator?
