Yes the same red x when replying to, forwarding an HTML mail (tested it on rich text as well and same thing happens but with plain text mails its ok)
Have tried allsorts now completely wiped the handset, removed users BES account - recreated then reactivated handset etc same thing but only happening for one particular user, starting to think possible mailbox issue.
