make sure all BES services are running.
put this in subject to a BES enabled user
<$Confirm,RemoveOnDelivery,SuppressSaveInSentItems > Test BES 123
if not reply on your BB in 10 seconds, you might have an issue.
If no reply in outlook cached mode in 3 min you have an issue.
I prefer to email my self from a gmail account.
Test web browsing with BB browser on an OS 5 device or log onto a WEB interface on your LAN with a BB.
scour your logs for errors
wait for users to complain
and there might be more.
