If so, I would check the provisioning on this device. Maybe the carrier made a change and dropped the enterprise provisioning accidentally.
We have tried other devices doing the wireless activation and the user recieved the activation email from RIM but BESAdmin or BES itself doesn't pick it up. We have ran the tool to test the dispatch and it's responded back with no errors.
We are at a loss. The current users (10 oftem) are recieving their emails and such with no problems its just the activation that is hosed somehow...
Oh I also checked the BESAdmin acccount settings using RIM's document and found no problems with how it's been configured.
