Default BES 4.1 no activate! :(

A client had BES 4.1.5.32 installed and previously before the last couple of days their USB and wireless activate worked but for some reason it has stopped.

There are no errors in the event viewer that suggests why; I upgraded to 4.1.7 (sp2 mr3), but it still won't activate...

I am at a loss as to what other logs I need to look in to find the answer?

The error I get when I do the activation through USB is :

The user is not yet known to the blackberry agent. It can take several minutes for a newly added user to be fully initialized by the server before they can be provisioned.

I created a new user in AD from scratch and neither wireless or usb cable activation works. :(

Is it only on this device? Can you activate the user on another device?

If so, I would check the provisioning on this device. Maybe the carrier made a change and dropped the enterprise provisioning accidentally.

We have tried other devices doing the wireless activation and the user recieved the activation email from RIM but BESAdmin or BES itself doesn't pick it up. We have ran the tool to test the dispatch and it's responded back with no errors.

We are at a loss. The current users (10 oftem) are recieving their emails and such with no problems its just the activation that is hosed somehow...

Oh I also checked the BESAdmin acccount settings using RIM's document and found no problems with how it's been configured.
