Hello... I just had to switch to a BES from BIS. I am using my personal cell phone on the BES and would like to not have SMS, web History, etc sync up to the BES is there a way to limit these from linking up?

No. If the BES admin chooses to audit those items, there is nothing you can do to stop it.
(Aside from removing yourself from BES entirely.)
