Default BES Express cant get it going

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,
Lengthy, please bear with me. I have installed BES express on a windows 2008 R2 virtual machine. I cannot get this to work. The Exchange environment is 2 client access servers and 4 DAG servers. The BESadmin acct has suppossedly been granted all the needed permissions in both AD and the exchange system.

I know there could be many, many reasons why this doesn't work and I have been struggling wth this for a while now. Others manage the exchange system and AD, and I only have read access. The BES Express mapi profile uses the BESadmin acct, named blackberry administration account with an email address of besadmin at mydomain and I am using one of the client access servers to connect the BES to.

Below is the output of the IEMStest utility.

please help, this is a new environment but going live in a few weeks
Thanks
