Default Problem with BES @ enterprise activation

Dear all,

Please does anyone know if this is possible.

I have a bes server and like 20 bb smartphones (all 9700), i activate the bb smartphones with tigo (carrier), everything goes fine, but when i try to activate with entel (another carrier), the smartphone dont finish the activation always send a failure error.

Is possible to use with only 1 bes with 2 diferent carriers?

Also i try to active the smartphone via wireless, i have the same problem, but when i try with a tigo bb, goes fine.

Pls help

make sure the carrier has the blackberries on the blackberry enterprise data plan, not personal. common mistake. no issues from enterprise server side you can have all different blackberries from all different carriers, makes no difference.

This particular bb 9700 has an AT&T costum firmware, this device always send the message failure, and the enterprise activation option disappear. I receive mail from company normally but when i try to reply the send option is not there.

Plz, any clue?

was the device on a BES server before? if yes you will have to wipe it to remove he encryption keys.

BES is carrier agnostic, meaning it does not care.
