Default BES 5.03 and Unexpected Sync

Please Login to Remove!

Hi There!

I am new to BES5 for Exchange. I had understood that it was a two way sync on all categories (Mail, calendar, contacts etc), but the newly activated BB I just connected the customer is reporting...

Appointments created in Blackberry does not update Outlook but appointments created in Outlook gets updated on blackberry

Similarly emails deleted from Outlook updates Blackberry but emailed deleted from Blackberry does not update Outlook

Is this default behaviour and I need to enable two way sync or is there something wrong and if so what can I do to troubleshoot?
