Default BES question:

Please Login to Remove!

I have a user who can't receive email but can send them. Now in the BES that user's redirection is enabled. I toggeled it but it still will not receive email any solutions.....

Make sure his mailbox is checked in folder redirection. Also, have the user check their firewall to make sure enterprise email isn't set to being blocked.
