Exclamation If your GPS does not work for more then 24hrs, workaround:

My personal war against the unreliable behaviour of my 9700 together with enterprise location tracking is now won. I finally found out what I can do so that I dont have to reboot the Handheld every day, or as an alternative disable and enable enterprise location tracking on the server:

When you grab your 9700 in in morning, the first thing you have to do is to pull the charger plug, dont touch any key on the blackberry, otherwise the GPS will be dead.
I now have this working for more then two weeks, and it even behaves the same regardless if os6 or os5 is installed on the device.

I dont know if this is special for my personal 9700, because I dont know anyone else using enterprise location tracking, but for me it looks like a firmware problem which might apply to many 9700.
