Default New Exchange server 2003

Please Login to Remove!

Hi All

I haven't found a solution yet, but please redirect me if there is a thread for this.

We have recently added a new Exchange server to our 2003 environment and moved a few users over, but since the move these users are not receiving any mails on their BB devices. Are there any additional settings we need to apply to the server to 'activate' the Blackberry messages for this server?

The server does have BESAdmin added with send as, receive as and administer Information store privilages.

thank you

Default Re: New Exchange server 2003

double check if you have given administer information store rights to the new servers store
reboot the blackberry server, and, verify the mapi profile again.
