Default Problems adding applications on BES

Please Login to Remove!

Hi there,

I am trying to add an application to deploy Cisco Mobile Communicator for BB devices. I have a correct package in ZIP file but when I try to upload it on our BES server I get the following error:

"The application definition is invalid for the following reason: Content is not allowed in prolog."

Does anybody know how to resolve this problem?

Thanks in advance.

It looks like your ZIP file is not correct. Can you post the content of the .alx file in the ZIP?

You are uploading the zip file - correct? I've received that error when trying to upload the .alx or other pieces of the file when BAS is looking to the zip.
