Default How to Remove BBDNS

Please Login to Remove!

I have a new installation of BES Express 5.03 that is filling up the event logs with Event ID:373 which refers to the Notification Service not being installed or corrupt. The only fix I have found to this is the actual removal of the Notification Service.
Now, I have absolutely no idea of SQL but instructions say to:
1.Open the Microsoft® SQL Server® Management Studio.
2.Using the console, navigate to Database\DBInstallScripts\SQLServer\5.0 in the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server installation files.

Can someone please tell me how to do this - I have opened up the Management Studio but for the life of me cannot figure out how to proceed to #2

Please help.
