Default BES Express 5.0.3 access rights?

Please Login to Remove!

I am using BES 5.0.3 and noticed that after I backed up this blackberry and was requested by the server to wipe it before doing the wireles activation that after the activation most of the items I need to restore in the backup are greyed out. I am guessing its a rights thing on the users BES account; what do I need change on their BES account so I can restore their backed up data?

Thanks
Andrew

You should have done the restore prior to reactivation.
Once active on BES, many databases are marked as read-only by the sync service because they're now set for wireless backup via BES.
