Default some e mail not syncing to Blackberry Torch

Please Login to Remove!

Hi

We have one user who is having a few issues with his blackberry. he is noticing some e mails which are arrived in his outlook inbox and not appearing on his blackberry. it seems a very odd and random problem as it only affects one user in our blackberry environment.

the e mails can be sitting in his inbox all day unread but they will not appear on the blackberry even though there are e mails which comes right before and right after the e mails in question which sync perfectly to the blackberry

we use Bes express which is fully up todate.

so far i have re activated the user on his old BB and also a totally new handset and the problem still exists.

could someone give me some ideas on troubleshooting this and what logs and i can go through.

i have got the e mail in question and the time and date of them as well.

Many Thanks

Hiten

Check the user's filters.

For that user, under "Component Information", what is the number of pending data packets, the number of filtered messages and the number of expired messages?
