"Agents" issue..
 

I had an issue yesterday where I was getting 'Service transaction not found'

after a few calls to RIM and some reboots of the BES, I started seeing Agent 210 and Agent 212 aka static agents. I did not set static agents but I removed the 2 users that were put on them.

Now, for some reason ALL my users are being balanced between Agent 1 and 2.. Agent 3, 4 and 5 are shut off.

how can I randomize my users and balance them between all 5 again? I have 682 users and about 3/4ths are now on Agent 1 and the rest are on Agent 2.. any ideas?
