Default Calander Sync issues BES express

Hi All,

my first post here. Just after a little advice. I've got an 8520 here connected to BES express on wireless sync. Theres a few in the company i've just started to work for that wont sync the calander to or from the server. We have outlook 2007 here and an exchange 2003 server. BES is on the same as the exchange server.

If i stop the BB controller and Despatcher Service then register the cdo.DLL and start the services back up it will work. But it may work for a few hours if that then stop working again (usually when the user that logged the ticket picks up the email i've sent saying its working!). If i look in the registry it is still Reg'ed to the right place but calander sync stops working until i stop the services and re reg the DLL then start them again?

Any clues, i'm all new to this BES stuff!
