| | BES Express Users not Connecting

We have been using BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express 5.0.2 just fine, I moved users over to a new Exchange 2007 server and all but one users are not connecting.
The BES Admin account also, I tried on one device to do another enterprise activation, but it would not connect.
So I restarted the BB Administration service and was able to get the user added and a new activation password in, so the account is created on the BB server.
I just went in and installed the Microsoft Exchange Server MAPI Client and Collaboration Data Objects 1.2.1 on the Exchange server as Blackberry required, I then went in an ensured the BESAdmin account has Send as and Access rights to the users mailboxes and restarted the BES services on the BES Server. still I come back with errors like this in the even logs
MAPIMailbox::Construct - Open BlackBerry configuration folder failed
User <user> not started
And the errors I had before.
