Default Enterprise Activation stops at "waiting for services"

Hi all
I have a new Bold 9900 that I am trying to hook into my employer's internal Blackberry Server. We use Telstra. The server recognises my phone etc but stops at "waiting for services ...." and will not proceed past there. My Employer has updated the software in the server within the last month, so I am not sure what else to do. One of the tech's deleted my profile from the server and reinstalled it; still no good. Please, anyone that can help, I would be very grateful. The phone operates well apart from the above issues.

I had the same issues with wireless activation's on 9900's. I had to delete the BES account for each 9900 user and start the activation process again. That works, but is slow to start...very slow. Doing a device switch on the DM works fine and activates quickly as well. We upgraded the BES to 5.03...but I haven't yet tested to see if that fixed the wireless activation speeds. Do it from the DM and use the device switch function - that should work for you.

my 9810 activated very quickly yesterday, only glitch is I lost my autotext entries with BES 4.1.7

Check the Junk Mail folder on the users mailbox. BES sends out an activation email to the users mailbox and if it ends up in the JUNK folder, the BB won't activate and will get stuck waiting for services..... Ideally, you shouldn't see that email.

but if on a newer version of BES, it will look into that folder
