is it possible? i have an exchange deployed in resource forest model with linked mailboxes.
it means that my user is in the user forest, whereas the mailbox is in the exchange forest.
how should my users authenticate to desktop manager?

this looks like the way to go:
KB23220-How to configure BlackBerry Administration Service to use Microsoft Active Directory authentication for user accounts located in a resource forest

unfortunately, when i provide the credential i get wrong username or password.

any hint?
