I reinstall the BES and contacts the all user not sync.
BES 5.0.1 MR1
Domino 8.5.1 FP5
I even ensured the end user set the Notes Client correctly...
Open the mail file with IBM Lotus Notes Client.
Click File > Preferences.
Check "Enable Synchronize Contacts" on the replicator.
Check "Replicate at this interval for normal priority." Be sure all of the days of the week are checked.
Click the Replication icon on the toolbar on the left.
Make sure that Synchronize Contacts is enabled.
Click Start Now.
And yet still no replication.
Uncheck "enforce consistent ACL from Mail File"
