Hi,

I have a user that cannot delete emails from his Blackberry, this has happened 4 times this year and every time he has this problem, i usually wipe it and reactive it, his usually ok for about a month and then the problem reoccurs, any pointers. (this is enterprise activation on Bes 6 and BB OS6).

Does it also exist on mailbox?

does delete prior work?

The Prior does not work, delete a single or group email does not work and yes, the emails do exist on Mailbox. Any ideas?
I am replacing this BB today but can’t see this being a hardware issue, can it?
