Exclamation Help Needed: Remove Software Config and Application

Please Login to Remove!

I have an old software config on my BES 5.0 that has never worked. I need to remove it to then remove the Application files.
There is no Delete (or trash can) option.
I tried uploading the new version of the app and got this error:
The zip file contains information for existing applications. A version in the zip file already exists in the system. The existing application will not be updated.

Default Re: Help Needed: Remove Software Config and Application

Before you can remove it, you have to make sure that the package is not deployed to any user. Once you do this, you will be able to delete it from BAS.
