Default Cant Access BESX Admin Interface and Other Troubles

Man, I am incredibly frustrated with our BESx right now and need to take a moment away and recruit some assistance.

We were on version 5.0.29 and just migrated from Exchange 2003 to 2010. Before, throughout, and after the migration we have seen constant delays in delivering emails to our Blackberry users. This has prompted us to try to update our server this evening.

I took the server to 5.0.3 and then installed the MR to get it up to date as much as possible.

Now i cannot access the web interface at all. Not from the server and not from a remote server. Blackberry devices can receive emails but they appear to be delayed by 10 minutes or more.

What can I look at? What can this be? I can hit the site if i dont use the SSL port (3443) and use 18180 instead. Even so, I cannot log into it using any ad account including the besxadmin account.

When trying to update the administration service - high availability tab in the Server configuration Panel, it says syncronization failed. You should retry the syncronization and verify that the database server is running and connected to the network.

When i look at the blackberry server tab, it lists our sql server.. is this normal?

Thanks for your help in advance. I am just incredibly frustrated by these issues.

I see in your BAS logs:

Keystore was tampered with, or password was incorrect
Check the following RIM knowledge base article:

KB18260-The BlackBerry Administration Service page does not open due to an invalid "web.keystore" file
