I was looking around on the forum, but was not able to find any relevant information regarding this topic.
We want to use the internal proxy for Bleckberrry user to connect to internet.

We currently are using BES 5.0.3.
The proxy need authentication on user based.

Can anyone help me with the correct changes to be done on the BES IT policy to enable this configuration?

Just one thing i wanted to ask, is possible to customize the user credential to pass to the proxy. different device can have different users (this is because we have user based access and customization for internet access

I try to follow the configuration posted here, but I am still not able to connect to the proxy. Look like the BES MDS Service is not routed throw the proxy. I cant see any activity on the proxy.
Please can someone help me with that?

The BES must be able to reach all the sites under the BESAdmin account. To test this, log on to the BES with the BESAdmin account. Start Internet Explorer and see if you can reach the sites.
