Default BES activation stuck at 39% on BB Torch 9800

Please Login to Remove!

Trying serveral times activating one torch with Web Administration console got stuck at 39%.

I'm newbie into this, is there any info I should gave to you to track the problem?

Thanks for your quick response. Very useful link, but many tricks I can't use because I didn't tell you that it's a Blackberry Administration Service hosted in the blackberry cloud linked with Microsoft Online Services (office 365) and it's also a beta service.

Any of you have tried this service? It links online with Exchange but all in the cloud.

OK, I am not familiar with the "cloud" version of BES. But if it is in the cloud and you can't do many things you can do on local BES, isn't there some kind of support that could help you?

Sometimes, the slow sync phase can be very slow (as the name says), have you ever tried to just leave the BB alone for 2 hours?

It can also help to do a battery pull while it is stuck at 39%. After the reboot it will re-start the activation and I had cases where it succeeded then.

Thanks for replying. In the meantime I tried to unlink the Device with the user. Delete user. re-create it. Wait for Initializiting process and start from scratch.

Will tell you later if I've succeded.

I was trying to look for anyone into office 365 maybe. As many of your answers (as you said) are for on premise servers.

I've wiped the device serveral times. Deleted and recreated everything from scratch but couldn't go further.
I'm restoring my original backup and forgetting about office365 by now, thanks for all of your info!.
