Default Import Policy

Please Login to Remove!

Hi

i work an this KB26294
i want to import the Policy for the Blackberry Playbook on the BES 5.0.3.

But i get this error if i want to import the Policy "The File encryption password is required. Please enter the value."

strange i cannot see any password in the ITPolicyPackPlayBook.zip, and also not in KB Artikel

You must unzip the file yourself and then import the unzipped file, which is named:

ITPolicyPackPlayBook.xml

Thanks i think this is a missunderstanding, of course i extract the zipfolder and then ich try it to import the File.

The XML file you are trying to import, can you have a look at it? Does its contents look like this?

OK, then I don't know what the problem could be. Have you tried the second method of importing with the command line tool?
