Has anyone seen an issue with BES 5 sp3 MR 5 that the Blackberry collaboration service and the mds connection service does not stop and says the service didnot respond in a timely fashion.
If the user tries to login on the IM client on Blackberry for OCS, he receives an error that "the system has been shutdown, please try again later"
I checked one thread stating that the MR 5 crashes the collaboration service.
Can anyone confirm if this is the cause of the issue ?
I would really appreciate it.
