Default BES Express 5.03 desperate and no more to do!!!!!

Good morning everyone.
Environment.
Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 SP1
BES Server Version 4.1.6.20
This environment works correctly, BES currently has 100 users.

By necessity BES Express install 5.03, but without success.
Install different versions of operating systems.
Windows 2008 R2 64B
Windows 2003 32B

I did a review of BSAMIN user permissions to use the service generated, apparently all right.
ImTEsts.exe utility produces the following result.

When I assign a device from the management console gives the following error on the screen.


Manage current device
You can assign a new user to a BlackBerry® device, or assign another BlackBerry device to the user. You can also delete all user data from a BlackBerry device, all BlackBerry device data from a BlackBerry device, deactivate a BlackBerry device, and more.

The BlackBerry Administration Service was unable to retrieve specific device attributes from the device that is connected to your computer.

The server log app display this warnings.
First: EventLog::DisplayEntries: Event log [Application] externally changed. Resetting connection.
Second: {%%% User} RPC command failed - no connection to BES Agent

Pleaseeeeeeeeeeee Help Me!!!!

KB20015-"Unable to retrieve specific device attributes from the device that is connected to your computer" appears when a BlackBerry smartphone is assigned to a user in the BlackBerry Administration Service

Make sure your USB port is 2.0 and NOT 1.1 as well.
