Outlook/Blackberry folder sync issue

When I create new folders in outlook they will not display on my blackberry.

I've tried the folder redirect action but my new folders don't appear at all.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Which BES version, which Exchange version? Are you a BES administrator?
