Default Change device password from BES after wipe?

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all,

Can someone tell me if it's possible to use the "Specify new device password and lock device" command on the BlackBerry Administration Service portal after a users wipe their devices?

The devices would have been activated on the same BES prior to the wipe.

(We're moving away from Lotus Notes! Yay!).

BES v5.0.2.28

Thanks!
