IT Policy = Individual-Liable Devices
Problem = When a new calendar appointment is sent to work email address from an outside party the appointment comes through as an email on the BlackBerry Device. If the individual opens OWA or Outlook the appointment shows as an appointment. New calendar appointments created within the work domain show as a appointment on the BlackBerry device.
I have been looking through the policy and I now have a headache reading all the descriptions as to what might be causing this. Any help or insight would be great. |
