| Re: Releasing a BES user into the wild..? This all depends on your personal device policy. If you remover her BES account, the only thing she will notice is that she is no longer getting email or PIM updates. The default IT policy will still be on the device.
However, all of your company's data will be on her device and out of your control. This is a concern for a lot of companies and that's why they have the user sign a waiver of sorts stating that if they leave the company, the company has the right to wipe their data off of their phone.
